Since more than 28 years NAGY develops, manufactures and globally sells instruments for sheet resistance and OD measurement used for conductive coatings on substrates like foil, paper and glass (metallized, sputtered, or sprayed coatings, etc.) on vertical glass coating systems, roll-to-roll coaters or in laboratory environment.

  • Non-contact & non-destructive measurement method (eddy-current)

  • OD (optical density) & transparency (UV, VIS, NIR) measurement

Typical coatings to be measured: evaporated Al, Cu, Zn, Ag, sputtered coatings like ITO, TCO but coatings applied by PVD or CVD and many other methods.

Fields of application: Mirror coatings, Low-E coating, window film, anti-reflective or reflective coatings, capacitor film, sensors, displays, optics, photovoltaics, flexible electronics, printed electronics, thin films for touch panels, architectural glass, float glass, automotive glass, packaging foil and many more.

The instruments are available for on-line (1-99 channels) measurement in vacuum as well as for labaratory use. Models for simultaneaus in-situ monitoring of Ohm/sq + OD (optical density) are available as well.
